Embroidery is available on almost all Schlossberg products, turning each one into a truly special, unique item. Options include initials, names or subtle monograms, which are embroidered onto selected products with the utmost care.

Repair rather than replace
With all Schlossberg products, every detail is carefully considered and deliberately chosen, particularly with a view to ensuring a long service life. The high standard of the base fabric, combined with the meticulous and labour-intensive workmanship involved in producing products with zips, duvet loops and locked corners, results in a high standard of quality in the manufacturing process.
Nevertheless, a product may sustain minor damage after years of use, but this does not necessarily mean it needs to be replaced straight away. Our sewing atelier in Turbenthal offers various options for reusing Schlossberg products – from repairs to converting them into a laundry bag or pillowcase.
Professional care
If you’d prefer to entrust the washing of your duvets and pillows to professionals, we recommend our in-house laundry service, which includes down cleaning. At all our collection points, we’ll check the condition of your duvet or pillow and will be happy to advise you in detail on professional washing or cleaning. At our factory outlet in Turbenthal, you can even watch us at work as we care for your duvets and pillows.

Zipper guarantee
With every purchase of bed linen, we make a lifelong promise to our customers: we will replace any faulty zip on Schlossberg products free of charge. In this way, we guarantee that you will enjoy your favourite bed linen for many years to come, as well as ensuring the sustainable and long-term use of our products. Should the zip on your Schlossberg bed linen be faulty, you are welcome to bring your bed linen to any of our boutiques or outlets at any time for repair in our in-house sewing workshop.
14-day returns policy
Personal preferences and wishes can change – we understand this, of course, and offer our customers a 14-day returns policy for unused products in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene standards, duvets and pillows are excluded from exchange. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.
