Return policy

14-day right of return

Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, if you are not happy with your order, you are welcome to send it back to Schlossberg within 14 days. All that is required is that your goods are sent back complete in the original packaging, that they have not been washed and are in pristine condition.

For easy, free returns, please use the returns form and the returns sticker enclosed with your order. If you have any questions, our customer service team (online-boutique@schlossberg.ch) will be happy to help.

The right of return does not apply to the purchase of gift certificates.

Returns via mail

Returns at a Schlossberg boutique
1. Fill out the returns form. Against the item you are returning, check the box to state whether the item should be exchanged or whether the purchase agreement is to be revoked for said item.
2. Place the unwashed/unused items inside the original packaging.
3. Provide the returns form along with the item(s).
4. Affix the returns sticker to the package.
5. Special measurements and customizations are exempt from exchanges and refunds.

Returns at a Schlossberg boutique
1. Return the unwashed/unused items in the original packaging to one of four Schlossberg boutiques in Switzerland.
2. You will receive a signed copy of the returns form.
3. Refunds may take several working days.
4. Refunds cannot be made in the boutiques.
5. Special measurements and customizations are exempt from exchanges and refunds.


Once we have received your returns and checked the items, we will refund the purchase amount. We refund the amount using the same payment method as was used for the original transaction.

Credit card
Refunds are made automatically to the bank account or credit card used for the original order. The length of time required for your account to be credited depends on your bank.

Purchase on account
Refunds of payments made will be made to the account of your choice. Please provide us with your bank details (e.g. on the returns form) or contact our customer service team (online-boutique@schlossberg.ch).


Schlossberg is synonymous with the very highest-quality products. Unfortunately, it may occasionally be the case that individual items do not live up to our exceptionally high standards. If this happens, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience.

Of course, you may make a complaint about a defective item (within 14 days of receipt). This only applies to goods bought from the Schlossberg online boutique. Please send defective items, with the completed returns form enclosed, to:

Compensation for defective items
If your complaint is recognized by our customer service team, you will receive the full amount as a refund to your account.

Guidelines for complaints
knitting/weaving defects; defective closures, e.g. zippers (if there are no visible external effects); stitching defects; holes and split seams (not older than 12 months); severe fading; discoloration resulting from prints, printed stripes, appliqué items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following reasons for complaint:
goods that have been worn in, items that have been discolored (by other products), stained items. This excludes parts that have been affected by serial defaults, which we notified customers of at the time they occurred.


We do not offer an exchange policy. However, you are welcome to exercise your right of return.
