Return policy

14-day right of return

Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, if you are not happy with your order, you are welcome to send it back to Schlossberg within 14 days. All that is required is that your goods are sent back complete in the original packaging, that they have not been washed and are in pristine condition.

For easy, free returns, please use the returns form and the returns sticker enclosed with your order. If you have any questions, our customer service team (online-boutique@schlossberg.ch) will be happy to help.

The right of return does not apply to the purchase of gift certificates.

Returns via mail

Return by mail

  1. Complete the encosed return slip.
  2. Place the unwashed or unsused items in their original packaging in your returns package.
  3. Return from Switzerland:
    Remove the address label on the return slip and attach it to the outside of your returns package as usual. Please do not forget to add the completed return slip to your package.
    Return from Germany:
    Place the completed return slip in the enclosed plastic envelope so that the recipient's address is clearly visible from the outside. Then stick the envelope on the top right corner of your returns package.

Return at a Schlossberg boutique

  1. Please hand in the unwashed or unused items in their original packaging in one of our Schlossberg boutiques.
  2. You will then receive a signed copy of the completed return ticket.
  3. Afterwards the product is checked by our quality assurance, which can take some working days. Thanks for your patience.
  4. Following the refund, whereby a direct payment in the Boutque is not possible.

Note

Please note that no return is possible for special weights and special designs. The costs incurred for the return or return of the product (s) will be borne by you. Returns based on legitimate returns will be processed within 30 days using the same means of payment used in your order.

Refunds

Once we have received your returns and checked the items, we will refund the purchase amount. We refund the amount using the same payment method as was used for the original transaction.

Credit card
Refunds are made automatically to the bank account or credit card used for the original order. The length of time required for your account to be credited depends on your bank.

Purchase on account
Refunds of payments made will be made to the account of your choice. Please provide us with your bank details (e.g. on the returns form) or contact our customer service team (online-boutique@schlossberg.ch).

Complaints

Schlossberg is synonymous with the very highest-quality products. Unfortunately, it may occasionally be the case that individual items do not live up to our exceptionally high standards. If this happens, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience.

Of course, you may make a complaint about a defective item (within 14 days of receipt). This only applies to goods bought from the Schlossberg online boutique. Please send defective items, with the completed returns form enclosed, to:

Compensation for defective items
If your complaint is recognized by our customer service team, you will receive the full amount as a refund to your account.

Guidelines for complaints
knitting/weaving defects; defective closures, e.g. zippers (if there are no visible external effects); stitching defects; holes and split seams (not older than 12 months); severe fading; discoloration resulting from prints, printed stripes, appliqué items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following reasons for complaint:
goods that have been worn in, items that have been discolored (by other products), stained items. This excludes parts that have been affected by serial defaults, which we notified customers of at the time they occurred.

Exchanges

We do not offer an exchange policy. However, you are welcome to exercise your right of return.
